I counsel and coach clients from all over the world out of the Flourish in Life and Relationships Center in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia. I also offer coach training to become a Life Purpose Coach© and a Flourish In Life and Relationships Coach.
When I work with a client, we assess together what changes need to be made in managing your stress, anxiety, sleep, diet and exercise. You will learn how you can build more positive emotions like love, joy, peace and gratitude into your life. I will also focus with you on how you attach to others; see who you need to forgive and how you can learn to be a safe person for your most important relationships. As a Life Coach I hold you accountable to take the action steps that will lead to real life change, living out your life purpose.
I have a Bachelor’s in Worship Leadership; a Master’s specializing in Christian Counseling, and a Doctorate of Ministry in Leadership/Spiritual Formation. I am also passionate about leading people into the presence of God, serving as Worship Leader at Spotswood Baptist Church, as a published songwriter with Integrity Music and leading worship at conferences and events such as Ruth Graham and Friends.
I have been featured on two DVD training series for the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and have presented at several National and World Conferences.
My husband Russ and I have been married for 26 years and we have three children: Ashley 21, Robbie 18 and Daniel 15. I enjoy going to tea with a friend, to knit prayer shawls and eat anything chocolate.
