I live in Southern California with my husband Rick, a business leader. We have two daughters Nicole (23) and Caitlin (18), and three delightful family dogs: Honey, Cindy and Daisy. In my recuperating playtime, I enjoy exercising outside, being in the beauty of nature and attracting birds and butterflies to my Jubilee garden. I also enjoy pilates, knitting prayer shawls for friends going through struggles, making prayer beads and enjoying my cultural tradition of afternoon tea. There is a magnificent Passionist Fathers retreat center right around the corner from where I live where I spend a lot of time. As a daily rhythm, besides being productive with work, checking emails and surfing the net, my intention is to read, journal and practice contemplative spirituality, cultivating connection with God and meaningful relationships with others.
